1. Refund Eligibility
We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of purchase on all of our packages, provided the following conditions are met:
Course Access: You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content.
Coaching Sessions: You have not participated in any one-on-one coaching sessions included in your package.
Digital Products: You have not downloaded any digital products or resources from our course platform.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at admin@supaccess.com within 14 days of your purchase with your order details and the reason for your refund request.
Refund Processing: Once we receive your request, our team will review it to ensure it meets our refund eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that the following items are non-refundable:
Courses Beyond 14 Days: Refund requests made after the 14-day period will not be honored.
Completed Coaching Sessions: If you have participated in any one-on-one coaching sessions, the package becomes non-refundable.
Downloaded Resources: Any digital products or resources that have been downloaded from our platform are non-refundable.
4. Upgrades and Downgrades
If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your package, you may do so within the first 14 days of purchase. The difference in price will either be refunded or charged accordingly. Upgrades after the 14-day period will require full payment of the new package price.
5. Final Decision
All refund requests are subject to our final approval. We reserve the right to deny refunds if we believe our refund policy is being misused.
